Buy XLM

1. Pick a sell order

On the market's Buy XLM tab, choose an offer. Check the seller's reputation and terms first.

2. Open the trade

Tap Buy XLM, choose a payment method (if the seller accepts several) and confirm.

Nexlm checks that:

• the order is still available and isn't yours
• the seller has a payout account for that method and enough XLM
• you have fewer than 5 trades in progress

Then the seller's XLM is locked in escrow and you're taken to the trade room.

3. Pay

Send the exact Naira total to the account shown in the trade room within 15 minutes.

4. Tap "I have paid"

Confirm in the dialog. The timer stops and the seller is notified. Share your receipt in the chat.

5. Receive XLM

When the seller releases the escrow, the XLM arrives in your Nexlm wallet. The trade shows Completed with a link to the release transaction.

WARNING

Only tap I have paid after the transfer has actually left your account. False payment claims lead to suspension.

If something goes wrong

• Can't pay in time? Cancel before the window closes, or let it expire — the seller is refunded automatically.
• Paid but the seller is quiet? Keep your receipt in the chat and contact support with the trade ID. After you mark the trade paid, the XLM can no longer be refunded to the seller automatically.
